The Niederegger marzipan cake is not really a cake but a gigantic choc. It’s fruity favores in the Black Forest kirsch (cherry) style. The Be Happy Chocolates by Günthard are filled with nougat and have a slight coffee taste. The lady beetle chocolates are similar.
